Hello!

I’m Nadezhda Chalykh, Cultureyes’ founder. 

I am an intercultural trainer, consultant and facilitator focusing on cross-cultural understanding, acceptance, effective teamwork and leadership across cultures.

Enthusiastic learner, I believe in people’s natural capacity to accept the difference through learning and active practicing. I enjoy people’s playful nature and love including gaming elements in my training.

I hold a Masters degree in Communications from Sup Career, INSEEC business school (Paris, France). Born in Russia, I have evolved in cross-cultural environments for the past 12 years. I spent 9 years living, studying and working in France which allowed me to deep-dive into all things French. For the past 3 years, I have been living and working in London, further developing my cross-cultural knowledge.

My corporate background includes 7 years of work in advertising industry, in Paris and London, managing multinational clients (Airbus, Triumph, Canon, HP, SC Johnson) and working across international teams.

I am a lecturer in intercultural management at ISCOM business school in Paris, delivering theoretical course and training to the students of international programmes.

Active member of SIETAR UK (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research), I am working with some of its members on subjects involving my fields of expertise and cultural knowledge.
